Semi- Private coaching is a way to get 1:1 support and programming at a fraction of the cost.

One of the biggest complaints I get from moms who've tried online classes or go at your own pace programing is that... they stop participating!

When there's no one waiting for you to show up, sometime, we don't show up for ourselves. I'm here to help you stop doing that.

If you are tired of feeling like your life is lacking excitement and meaning and you want to find a way to feel nourished in all areas of your life- included fitness- then this is the program for you.

How Does Semi- Private Coaching Work?

It's pretty simple...

You get access to my online community, which has 12 workouts each and every month for you to use.

You'll also be invited tot he monthly group coaching calls where I answer questions about the workouts and discuss mindset and mindful eating strategies and how to implement them (these are recorded for you too!).

AND you'll get 4 individualized workouts just for you- based on your goals and priorities. To support you with implementing all this, you also get a private coaching call with me each month.
